University Specialist Employment Partnerships (USEP) Project 

NDCO in partnership with Flinders University and Community Bridging Services is trialling a project to assist graduating or graduated students with disability or a medical condition find work. Specialist staff can assist eligible students with their CV, job applications, interviews and engaging with employers.

Y Connect - Women's Leadership Program

YWCA Adelaide is hosting a 12 month program to support women with disability in leadership development and mentoring. The program aims to help your chances to find employment and/or progress your career and meet and connect with other women who share similar experiences.
Program includes: connection with YWC Adelaide, fortnightly face to face leadership development workshops over first 3 months, one to one mentoring match, group speed mentoring event and ongoing support.
The YWCA are also looking for mentors to assist the participants of this program:
·         Are you an experienced woman with networks that support you?
·         Are you interested in assisting a woman living with disability to grow their potential, realise their goals and broaden their connections for potential employment?
·         Are you able to find two hours a month to work with a woman living with disability as a MentorPlus?
